Every Neighborhood Association is supported by a member of the city staff.  The office hours for Neighborhood Services are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (including the lunch hour). After hours, callers may leave a message at 503-588-6261. You may also request meeting agendas or the Salem Community Connections newsletter be mailed to you.
